    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this very important Bill. I want to take this opportunity to thank the Committee for coming up with this Bill. This Bill is coming up at the right moment and it will really help this country. However, as much as this Bill is coming up, it is also very important for us to realise that very many Bills have been passed in this House and others are gathering dust wherever they are. So, more importantly, we must internalize those Bills and make them part of us and this will address our issues."
