    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to say that this Bill is trying to address some issues which are likely to bring some equality in sharing of the resources. I want to say that in every community where minerals are found, there is always a conflict and I hope the Bill will try to address this so that we have equal sharing by the National Government, county governments and the community that has taken care of those natural resources for so long. If this is actually done, I am assuring you that our livelihoods will definitely improve."
