    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I also want to say something which I have seen in this Bill. It is trying to address mineral resources but why not petroleum and gases? Why were they omitted? Do we have some people having some schemes to avoid this for them to benefit or it is for the benefit of this country? I would have actually wished that petroleum and gas are also included among the mineral resources because I know that a lot of petroleum deposits have been found in Turkana.
