    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I think what the hon. Member has said is not quite true, because in our register we have 350,000 integrated IDPs. Those are the ones who went to live with relatives, or rented houses in various places and did not go to the camps. We are, therefore, not actually concentrating on IDPs in camps in the Rift Valley and in central Kenya. The IDP policy is going to take care of all those and even those who were there in 1992 and 1997."
