Allow me to take this opportunity to send a message of condolences to the families and relatives of the residents of Loima Constituency who were attacked this morning by raiders who I believe were from the nearest constituency and many lives were lost. Many animals were taken and I hope the Government will track the culprits and arraign them in court very soon. Thank you, hon. Speaker."
