    "content": "Hon. Speaker, there is a paradigm shift on management of Statements. I have not received a Statement to that effect but I had shared with hon. Nassir on the issue of shooting of innocent civilians in Mombasa, which, of course, the Government should not tolerate. That is because the law does not allow that to happen. I intend to bring the Statement in the next 10 days because of the urgency of the matter."
