    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thought the Questioner wanted to know what we are doing and I am trying to give the challenges that we have encountered. If they were settled at the time we wanted them settled, we would have beaten our June deadline. However, because there was that antagonism it did not happen as quickly as possible. Currently, we also have Kipkabus, where we are supposed to settle 369 IDPs. It also has issues. So, if we politicians stop politicizing the issue of IDPs, we can settle them as soon as possible."
