    "content": "So, we need to be very clear on that issue so that we are able to stop turf wars that may exist. I am saying this because one of the observations of the consultant who worked with us was that the geologists who were experts in mining coal are between the Ministry of Energy and the Mining Ministry. The problem is that most of them want a bigger place for growth and so, they prefer going to the Ministry of Energy. Yet, the Ministry of Mining requires their input in situations where he or she is giving licences. Therefore, it is a recommendation that we need to give to the Executive if they want this sector to be better managed."
