    "content": "I know that the Jubilee Government did mention a few times that they have that intention. I hope that intention will be a reality. As hon. Members and policy makers, it is upon us to ensure that that is done. Now that Kenya is joining the oil-producing nations of this world--- We have mineral resources in many parts of our counties. The right thing to do for this country is to create and establish sovereign wealth fund for the purpose of supporting our future generations."
