    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, could the Minister clarify? The question that has been asked is on integrated IDPs. The facts we got from Government Ministries speak for themselves. There is a very clear ethnic discrimination in the settlement of IDPs. We will be providing a report which shows that, so that we do not go back to 2007. What is the Minister doing to deal with the issue of ethnic discrimination? For example, in Rongai, we found that camps with Kalenjin, Kisiis and Luos were receiving very different treatment from a camp that had Kikuyus. The camp with Kikuyus had already been paid Kshs10, 000 and Kshs25,000 and were settled on land. The ones next to them which had Kalenjins, Luos and Kisiis had received Kshs10,000 others had not received Kshs20, 000 and most had no land. This is happening all over the country. What is the Minister doing to ensure that we do not ethnisize the issue of resettlement of IDPs?"
