    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, another point I want to make is about revenue sharing between the communities, national Government, county governments and the investors. That one must come out very clearly. You cannot get people producing oil and yet they are the poorest; they are dying because of hunger and their children do not go to school. Billions of shillings are generated in their areas but they are not benefitting. We need to come up with a serious legislation on revenue sharing between the two levels of Government, the communities and also the investors."
