    "content": "With the establishment of the National Mining Corporation, we will be moving the capital and we will not be left to be arm-strung by multinational corporations which after seeing that we do not have the necessary capital take advantage. We should actualize the money now and get the necessary equipment and expertise in terms of human capital development by moving into our educational institutions and put in the necessary skills to drive this forth. If we look at all these things holistically, I think the Mining Bill will take us a notch higher in actualizing the dream of this nation being a great country."
