I was actually raising this to seek your guidance because there was a guideline which was given earlier by the Speaker on how to raise Statements and respond to them. We are really worried that the quality of the responses is not meeting the standards. One, the person who raises the Statement is not aware that the response is coming, and two, there was also a guideline that the person raising the Statement should appear in the committee, so that when they are responding, he is aware, and is not a stranger to the response. We seek your guidance on that."
