    "content": "In cases where people have sued having been victimized by the agents of State, their cases take many years to be completed; when they are completed, execution is a problem. It also takes years once there is judgment to be paid by the Attorney-General’s Office. Therefore, there is need to re-streamline this to take care of Kenyans who have been victimized in any manner by criminals, the State or any other organ. Their families, who are left behind or those who live with injuries, should be sufficiently compensated."
