    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I was winding up by saying that it is important that this country stops letting down the victims. If this Government cannot provide security to its citizenry then let it come up with a compensation fund in the Budget for victims of crime so that the families of the people who are murdered or massacred in this country get some compensation. This will ensure that we are not left with widows, widowers and orphans who cannot be compensated."
