    "content": "She has also come up with a trust fund in the Bill which will enable the victims to get proper education, medication, treatment, adequate food, access to reading materials, adequate clothing and sufficient blankets and beddings. Finally, the Bill has some classifications for victims as either general or vulnerable. At the same time, there is confidentiality of the victims. So, it is also taken care of.
