    "content": "The victims’ protection trust fund is also another element which will assist the victims to meet the expenses arising from the services provided to them. I also want to point out that the requirement by the Bill that the Cabinet Secretary should establish the victim services in all counties is a welcome idea and this will ensure that there is equal access by all the citizens across the country to services without prejudice, discrimination or leaving some areas without such services."
