    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Bill. I would like to congratulate hon. Millie Odhiambo- Mabona for bringing this Bill to this House. This is a very important Bill to our society. I would like to say that it is going to protect the victims. The rights of victims will be protected. I would like to say that the Bill proposes the establishment of information centres. Those information centres are very important because some people fall victim and such information is never reported.
