    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 45 (2) (b), I wish to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Health regarding the loss of vehicle registration No.KYN 264, Honda; dark gray in colour, belonging to Mr. Charles Iravonga Matendechere during his medication at the Nairobi Hospital. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Mr. Matendechere drove himself to the hospital for medication and was admitted on 21st September, 2003. His vehicle was parked within the designated car park at the hospital. It was towed to Kilimani Police Station and consequently disappeared. In the Statement, the Chairperson should explain under what circumstances the vehicle disappeared from the hospital precincts, why it was towed to Kilimani Police Station and when Mr. Matendechere will be given back his vehicle, including measures undertaken to compensate him for the inconvience.
