    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, there is the issue of conflict of interest. I am saying that this Commission should be very credible, independent and strong because what is being said here is what has been happening in Government. There are senior Government officials who have used their positions to benefit from the offices in which they work. They do not use the influence of their positions to get business elsewhere, but rather do business in the same Ministries and state corporations they serve. There should be a penalty for such action. We always say that people should declare their interests but many of them do not declare their interests and nothing happens when they do business with the departments they head."
