    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also want to say that I am very happy with some of the duties or recommendations that will be made by that Commission, particularly as regards to the task they have been given to regularly undertake comparative service of labour markets and trends in remunerations. This is very important because in this country, we actually do not know for sure, in quantitative terms, what type of professions the labour markets require. So, I think once that Commission is put in place and undertake that regular survey, we will be able to know which areas we are lacking as a country, so that we can train people in those areas."
