    "content": "Finally, I also need the Minister to define the difference between “salary” and “remunerations” because in this Bill, the two terms are taken to be the same. I do not know whether that is the case. I am particularly asking this because on the issue of allowances, I do not see where they are covered. Apart from salaries, there are certain allowances that go with various positions and so on. So, I need to be clear on the definitions of salary and remunerations."
