    "content": "Deputy Speaker, the reason I am bringing up this matter is that I am aware at the moment we on the thrones of insecurity, and every one of us, irrespective of which political party they belong to, has a duty to make a contribution. In my view, we no reason to disregard clear constitutional provisions. If you look at Article 241(3) (c ), it says the defense forces maybe deployed to restore peace in any part of Kenya affected by unrest or instability only with the approval of the National Assembly."
