    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, from the outset I want to thank hon. Gumbo for raising--- The scenarios in which the KDF can be deployed internally are two. One is if there is an emergency or a disaster. This is within Section 3 of the KDF Act and Article 241. In that situation, the KDF will engage in an emergency internally. The Executive will do a gazettement on the entry of the forces. They will also do a gazette notice when they complete the operations. Finally, they will do a report to Parliament concerning the equipment, the resources and the personnel they used."
