    "content": "What they are doing now is assisting and cooperating with other security agencies, namely the General Service Unit (GSU), the Rapid Deployment Unit (RDU) and the police in the emergency that happened in Lamu, where over 70 Kenyans died. I am sure that the moment that assistance and cooperation is over, they will do a report to the House. I have a feeling that in this situation, they are acting within Article 241(3)(b) as read together with Section 3 of the KDF Act."
