Otieno, for giving me the opportunity, not only to move, but to sit and listen throughout this debate and, you Sir, for the efficient manner in which you have run this debate. Yet again, another milestone has been crossed in the process of implementation and all of us here will find our way in the history books. The amazing thing, thanks to you Sir, is that I have in my hands the report of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. This is the reason why - I am happy my good friend, hon. Baiya is here - I have been asking the dispute in the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee to be resolved. This is the way to manage legislation, so that by the time debate matures, the line Minister or whoever is moving the Bill has in his hands the reaction of the public."
