    "content": "I beg to move that the Bill be amended in the Schedule- (v) by inserting the following new amendment in its proper numerical sequence — s.10(1) “Delete subsection (1) and substitute therefor the following new subsection- “(1) There shall be a Director General who shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority to be recruited by the Board of the Authority through a competitive process.’’"
