    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman and, as a Member of this Committee, we had a lengthy time discussing this Section (16). I rise to support the position of the Chair that this amendment seeks to clarify the levies that are derived from taxation in respect to particular crops. For example, money that is acquired through taxation, like the Sugar Development Levy, will remain in the sugar sector. The tea, sisal and other sectors will have their own money. I think this is a very good thing in this Act. I support."
