    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I want to agree with hon. Kibunguchy that if you actually say, “at least two” then you are giving room for more than two. I want to encourage my Chairman, now that he is the one with the authority to make amendments on his feet, to propose a further amendment to delete the words, “at least two” and therefore provide, “two Deputy Directors who shall include the Deputy Director for Crops (including Miraa ) and the Deputy Director for Livestock. I am encouraging the Chairman to move a further amendment to that amendment."
