Temporary Deputy Chairman, as the Mover of this Bill, I feel that the proposed amendment relating to Section 37 of the Transition to Devolved Government 2012 be deleted, I withdraw that amendment to the Bill for the simple reason that we cannot close shop over a whole institution through the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill. So, I have consulted and I have withdrawn it."
