(Dr.) Kibunguchy we will consult our colleagues on the other side and fine tune the Bill before it goes for assent. Number two, hon. Oner, is the mandate of the House; the Legislative powers to amend and delete. These are not my powers; I should not be removing laws. Mine is to sign and give powers to each and every Member of the House to look at the laws in their own context and agree through the committees."
