I want to take this opportunity to say that discovering mines is a curse to the nation because there are so many things that come with it, as one of the Members has mentioned. We have had mines that were actually discovered long before some of us were born and we have had conflicts in those areas. People have killed each other. Some people left those areas just because of the wars that erupted.
