    "content": "4. any corrupt cases reported during the recruitment and action taken against the perpetrators. Hon. Deputy Speaker, this is the response from the Cabinet Secretary. Following the directive that 10,000 persons be recruited into the national police service to address security concerns facing the country, the National Police Service Commission (NPSC), pursuant to Section 13 of the NPSC Act, 2011 established committees at the national and sub-county level to manage the recruitment process. In accordance with Section 10(3)(a) of the Act, the Commission also developed guidelines to be followed by all the parties involved in the recruitment process. I wish to table a copy of the published guidelines on the recruitment of the police Constables of June, 2014. I will do it after this. Hon.
