    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I have two clarifications to seek from the Chair. He should follow up issues in the Committee when he meets the Commission. He said that there are gazetted units, or areas, where the recruitment was being undertaken. Some units have several constituencies. If the exercise was done without using constituencies as units, some areas were disadvantaged to the extent that the recruitment was done in one centre serving two constituencies. For example, my constituency was lumped together with Igembe South. My constituency was disadvantaged because the two constituencies shared the 25 slots instead of one constituency getting all of them.
