On the issue of lumping together luhyas and treating Kalenjins differently, I think we should be told why that happened. Hon. I know that if the process goes up to 5.00 p.m. then it may not be good for people who are fasting. Hon. Wario talked about one doctor in his constituency. One doctor cannot handle 100 people. So, they needed to get doctors from other places."
