    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, in our engagement as leaders with friends and other institutions out of the country, we get opportunities, including for scholarships. This is very immediate. Sometimes, we agonize on whether we can avail the Kenyans that we represent the benefits from such opportunities. Could we have the list of the learning institutions which are recognized by the Commission for University Education tabled in Parliament so that, as the representatives of the people, we can know and guide our people? If it is not included in the report, could the list of all the institutions whose certificates are recognized be tabled so that we can make reference to them?"
