Deputy Speaker, the qualification for C+ was set by the Government in 1985 and so, if the student did not get a C+ and has gone to another university and has been admitted, unless they have done a pre-university course, then they will not be accredited by the Commission for Higher Education (CHE). That is why I said it is important that when parents want to enroll their students outside the country or to colleges that are accepting a grade that is below C+, they should first verify. That is because when they go out and do the degree and come back here yet they had not done a pre-university course or a diploma course earlier, then they will not be accepted."
