    "content": "I am also one of the people who are shocked. I have never heard that there are schools in Migori - which is my county - where girls get sanitary pads to keep them in school. I have tried to ask this question to the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. I think the criteria and procedure for accessing sanitary pads is not clear. So, it depends on who you know and how well you are connected to get those necessary commodities to our various schools."
