    "content": "We want the Ministry to come up with a better way of distributing those items in the constituencies or districts as she has said. We want to find ways and means to reach those poor girls who are not accessing those items. At the same time, we have to realize that in the rural set up like in a county like Baringo, those girls may not even use those things because they do not have pants.
