    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to add my voice to this very important Bill. I want to thank my colleague Chachu Ganya for bringing it to the House. Drought has been increasing over the years and has been declared a national disaster. Every three years, there is a drought and it really affects our people in terms of its intensity and even in terms of loss of lives, property and economic losses. People experience drought every now and then."
