    "content": "In 1988, an inter-governmental panel on climate change was formed by UNEP and world meteorological organization to study this phenomenon. This body has consistently shown that climate change is a reality, temperatures are increasing and some of hon. Members in this House will attest to it. Sometimes the nights have now become too hot that you cannot even cover yourself with a blanket, in order to continue sleeping.
