    "content": "Yes, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to seek a statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. The Statement relates to the cash transfer programme for the persons with severe disabilities. In the statement, the Chairperson should:- (1) State the number of beneficiaries per county and amount given to each person with severe disability. (2) Explain the criteria used by the relevant Government department to allocate the funds. (3) Explain the monitoring and evaluation mechanisms put in place to report on the feedback and success of the initiative on the lives of the persons with severe disability. (4) Explain whether all the disbursements to the people with severe disability are uniform; and, (5) Outline the actual budget for persons with severe disability for the Financial Year 2014/2015."
