    "content": " As you are aware our Standing Orders have clear rules on broadcasting. I am not quite sure that there are provisions for the operations of the print media. On the issues that you have raised, the best I can do as I sit here now is to refer the matter to the Rules and Business Committee (RBC) sitting on Wednesday 30th July, as a substantive matter of discussion so that guidance and direction can be given by the Committee which is concerned with issues like the one you have raised now. I hope that we shall be able to get an answer from the RBC through a communication, or otherwise, when we resume in September. Is that okay?"
