I am concerned about the Minister’s last part of the answer where she says that she is going to encourage the Ministry of Roads to prioritize the rehabilitation of the public road. What exactly has she done to ensure that there is proper liaison between her Ministry and the Ministry of Roads, so that they can ensure that the access road to the rice irrigation scheme is properly graded?"
