    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it does not really require a Member of Parliament to ask this Question for some action to be taken. As I speak, most of our farmers cannot transport their paddies from the farms even to the stores. Over the years, the Ministry has never done anything. The Minister is saying that she wants to ask her partner; the Minister for Roads, to do something. Since the Minister for Roads is here, could the Minister for Water and Irrigation tell us the time line which she intends to get in touch with the Minister for Roads? Is she starting now or it is something that is going to be a one-time gift? This scheme needs to operate on a daily basis."
