    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. You have heard from the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare that the answer to Statement No.014/2014 was not conclusive. This is also true of my Statement. He has talked of many centres within Nyatike Constituency, which, to me do not exist. St. Andrews in Sori, Karungu Division, does not exist on the ground. Bondi in Mihuru Division is not even there. He is saying that all these centres have been established for boys and girls training in athletics. That is not true. Could the Committee Chair tell me, or tell this House, how much money was allocated for these centres? Thank you."
