    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I would like to seek a clarification because at one time I had an opportunity to work for the former Ministry of Sports as a Secretary. What criteria are used to distribute these sports centres of excellence in the country as a whole, and without discriminating against some regions? Secondly, how much money has been spent so far? This is because in many of the places he has mentioned I know nothing has been done or there is no input at all by the Government. Thank you."
