The Chair listed centres of excellence where they are investing money; we know that there are several areas where athletes are training and they are really suffering, yet they bring a lot of income into this country. We have not heard from the Chair how many centres of excellence have been set up in high potential areas like Kericho and Bomet. Secondly, I would like to know whether the Government is considering bringing in the private sector to assist in building centres of excellence.
