He mentioned Upper Hill Secondary School in Nairobi where they are going to put up a sports centre of excellence, but as far as I am aware there is no centre being put up in any schools in the slum areas, yet there are many schools in the slum areas of Nairobi. I would like some clarification as to whether there any plans for putting up sports centres of excellence in the slum areas of Nairobi."
