    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I was wondering how the Chairman was answering some questions. This does not include all parts of the country. There are other areas which are still under-developed, like Bungoma County. I always regard Bungoma as a marginalised county because there is no good development there. Sirisia Stadium should have been included in the list of those regions where stadi are being built. In regions like western, there is only one stadium. Areas which are already developed are still getting more development than other areas. They should consider areas which are not developed."
